Trade Terms

Prices are FOB destination, freight prepaid for locations in the continental United States via standard commercial ground service. Additional charges will apply for expedited delivery and orders shipped outside the continental United States. All duties and taxes for delivery or import to any country outside the US are the customer’s responsibility. A handling charge of $15 will be applied to orders less than $125.

Bank cashier’s check — immediate order processing Company or personal check – 10-day bank clearing delay for order processing

Open credit terms

Net 15 days upon approval.

Bulk Pricing

If you are a large facility, you may request a quotation for special package pricing and bulk discounts by emailing your requirements.

 

Order Tracking

You should receive an email confirmation with a UPS tracking number when your order is shipped, which can then track your packages on UPS.com. If you have not supplied an e-mail address for your account or have not received a tracking number, please contact Customer Service at 800.422.7686.

Claims

Claims for incorrect quantity or incorrect product received must be made within 5 business days. Please contact Customer Service at 800.422.7686 or 724.658.8568.

Return Policy

Within 30 days, products may be returned for credit, less freight, and a 20% restocking fee. Products must be in original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. Private labels or custom products are only returnable if defective when received. To make a return, contact customer service for a Return Authorization at 800.422.7686 or returns@whittakersystem.com. The Return Authorization Number must appear on the returned product package label. When sending the equipment back, please do not use packing peanuts or shredded paper for padding. Be sure to insure all parcels.

Refund Policy

Products must be returned in sellable condition with the original packaging, including manuals and parts, along with a copy of the Invoice or Packing List. Refund will be made by the same method as payment — credit card used for the purchase, ACH wire, or refund check for check or cash payments.
